Review - Fire All Your Guns At Once
February 1996

You may remember this heavier-than-average indie unit from a series of strange interviews concentrating less on the band than their former producer, Uncle Bob Mould from Sugar and Husker Du.

This time, they avoid that particular problem by working solely with Jerry Finn (Rancid, Pennywise) and the shockingly well-monikered Geza X, presumably the frontman of a white but nevertheless hugely popular south London rap crew.

Despite the change of producer, the songs remain more or less the same - hard and sweet in equal measure. Voice Without A Sound, with its "You can't fuck with me" chorus, is especially effective.

Should be a kicker album.
